Keepin' It Simple Jacksonville

Keepin’ It Safe Jacksonville is a substance abuse and HIV prevention program, managed by Community Rehabilitation Center, especially designed to educate and empower women, and men to increase their awareness of safer-sex practices and making informed decisions about their behavioral health, including trauma-related HIV risk behaviors.

Our program supports the African-American, Hispanic, and Caucasian women, men, and LBGTQ (ages 18-44) who are high at-risk for substance abusers, high levels of depression, and untreated and undiagnosed physical and mental health illnesses and high risk for HIV.
